*4 eggs yolks
*1 can of sweetened condensed milk
*1/2 cup of key lime juice (regular lime juice works, too)
*1 graham cracker crust
Mix the yolks, milk, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth, (add a little green food coloring if you prefer a more lime-colored filling) then pour into the graham cracker crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 350. Allow to cool. Garnish with meringue, whipping cream, or fresh limes. Refrigerate after cooling.
